If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for an exchange with shipping at your expense. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Due to the uniqueness of our vintage & antique items in the Attic, all sales are final so please select carefully when shopping for a antique or vintage piece. Antiques/Vintage items only: All Sales Final. Many of the treasures at Floral Facelift Attic are quite old, therefore showing well-loved wear and tear (sometimes considerable), which is part of the uniqueness of owning an antique piece. We are always happy to email more detailed pictures of our vintage and antique items. PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS VINTAGE AND ANTIQUE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. In the very rare instance that an item arrives damaged, reports must be made with 48 hours. Please provide a picture and keep all packing materials. Floral Facelift reserves the right to replace the item, when available, at no additional fees to Buyer.
